It started with what we couldn't ignore.

Meet the Founder
Fadiangela Benzan grew up between two worlds — the warm, close-knit streets of the Dominican Republic and the fast-moving rhythm of New York City. She carried both places inside her like a compass, always finding her way back to the same truth: people deserve better care.
Medicine was the answer. Trained in Emergency Medicine, she learned to read a body the way others read weather — quickly, precisely, with urgency. But when she arrived fully in New York, the waiting rooms broke her heart. Seniors sitting for hours. Families navigating five chronic conditions alone. People falling through the cracks of a system that was never designed to catch them.
“This work stole my heart. And I wanted to do more.”
So she pivoted — not away from medicine, but deeper into it. She spent years mastering healthcare quality, compliance, and operations. She learned to read data the way she once read vital signs: looking for what the numbers were quietly trying to say.
